As required all electrical works undertaken must be certificated. Some electrical works around your home require registration by Law to your local building control office, this we can undertake this for you within the work carried out.

Commercial Installation

From small office alterations to complete refurbishments. We also undertake electrical alterations to new or existing commercial properties and installation of three phase supplies for distribution boards and installations can be undertaken.

Our clients include a UK telecommunications provider,  pubs and restaurants for the Premier leisure group ( Bay Horse Pub Molusham St), commercial offices, private residential homes or developments, we even have a couple of multi property landlords as clients, such as Prime Property Lettings, Belvoir, Charles David Casson and most recently Martin & Co all local in chelmsford. We ahve also undertaken a complete commercial installation for Fooditude catering based in south london.

We can also cater for small or large maintenance contracts or jobs if required. From a faulty light switch in the office or a blown light fitting, we are able to help and keep  any disruption to a minimum, as not to affect you daily work routine.

Under the electricity at works act 1989, all work premises are requiring to be sound and safe for all those that use it. If you do not have an existing and reliable maintenance procedure then maybe an electrical condition report could be recommended. This is usually undertaken every 2 to 5 years, depending on the use and or type of the installation.
